Pricing
A written quote before you pay anything.
Every company is different: the state, the structure, the accounts you need. You receive a clear quote after your call, with our fee and third-party costs shown separately.
How our fees work.
Setup fee
A one-time fee for filing assistance: company formation, EIN and help with your account applications.
Management fee
A recurring fee for administrative assistance, your compliance calendar and renewals.
Third-party costs
State filing fees, registered agent fees and the fees of independent accountants, shown separately on your quote.
Good to know.
Is there a hidden fee?
No. Anything not written on your quote is not charged.
What is not included?
Government fees, registered agent fees, taxes, and fees charged by banks, payment providers, accountants or attorneys, unless your quote says otherwise.
Can I get a refund?
If we are unable to start work on your file, we refund the setup fee in full. Once work has started it is not refundable, including where an institution declines an application. The full rules are in our Billing Terms.
Can I cancel the management service?
Yes, with 30 days’ written notice.
Principle
A written quote before any payment
Atiko does not publish a single price, because no single price would be accurate for every founder. Before you pay anything, you receive a written quote prepared for your situation. It lists each service, each government fee and each third-party cost on its own line, and nothing is charged until you have read it and accepted it.
Quotes differ for three main reasons. The first is jurisdiction. Forming a company in a US state, in the United Kingdom or in Hong Kong involves different filings, different local requirements and different official fees. A Hong Kong company needs a local company secretary and a registered office, for example, while a US company needs a registered agent in its state.
The second reason is structure. A single-member LLC, a C Corporation with several shareholders and a UK limited company with more than one director each require different documents and a different amount of preparation. The third is the number and kind of accounts you need. A founder who wants one bank account has a simpler file than one who also wants Stripe and Shopify Payments prepared for several stores.

Transparency
What every quote shows
Whatever your jurisdiction or structure, the quote you receive contains the same elements, so that you can compare it line by line with any other offer.
Exclusions
What is not included unless stated
The following items are outside a standard quote and appear only when you have asked for them.
Tax returns, bookkeeping and audits
This work is done by independent licensed professionals, who set their own fees. We can coordinate documents with them, and their cost is shown separately when it forms part of your quote.
Legal advice and custom legal drafting
Atiko provides standard company documents as part of formation. Advice on your legal position, or agreements drafted for a specific situation, come from a licensed lawyer.
Fees charged by banks and payment providers
Account fees, transaction fees and currency conversion charges are set by each institution and paid directly to it. They are never collected by Atiko.
Tax registrations outside the formation
Sales tax registrations in US states, VAT registration and similar filings are separate pieces of work. They are quoted when you need them.
Later changes to the company
Amendments such as a change of name, address, director or ownership are quoted at the time, together with any government fee that applies.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellation in plain words
If Atiko cannot start work on your file, for instance because we are unable to serve your situation after reviewing your information, you receive a full refund. We would rather return a payment than begin a file we cannot carry out properly, and the refund covers everything you paid to Atiko.
Once work has started, the setup fee is not refundable. Preparing documents, verifying information and filing with a registry are done in the first days, and that work cannot be undone. This applies even if a bank, a payment provider or a government agency later declines an application, because those decisions belong to the institution and the work on your file has been carried out in full. Government fees already paid to a state or a registry are not returned by them.
The management service can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Your company remains yours after cancellation, and so do all its documents and accounts. You then become responsible for tracking the filings and deadlines that we were following, and we give you a summary of what is due so that nothing is missed in the handover.
Questions about pricing
Why are prices not listed on this page?
The cost of forming and maintaining a company depends on the jurisdiction, the structure and the accounts you need. A single published figure would be wrong for most readers. A written quote takes little time to prepare and shows the exact figures for your case before you pay anything.
How do I get a quote?
Book a call or send us a message describing your store, where you live and what you want to set up. We ask a few questions to understand the file, then send a written quote. There is no charge for the quote and no obligation to accept it.
Are government fees included in Atiko’s fee?
They are shown separately. Government fees are set by the state or the registry and are the same whoever files. Listing them on their own line lets you see exactly what goes to the authorities and what pays for our work.
Will there be costs after the first year?
Yes. Every company has yearly obligations, such as an annual report or state tax in the United States, a confirmation statement and accounts in the United Kingdom, or an annual return, business registration renewal and audit in Hong Kong. The quote indicates the recurring costs so you can budget for them.
Is the management service mandatory?
No. You can use Atiko for formation only and manage the company yourself afterwards. The management service exists for founders who prefer to have deadlines tracked and routine filings prepared for them.
What happens to my fee if a bank declines my application?
The setup fee is not refundable once work has started, including when an institution declines an application. The bank or provider makes that decision independently. We review the response with you, and you can decide to apply to another institution.
Can the quoted amount change after I accept?
Our own fee does not change for the scope described in the quote. Government fees are set by the authorities and can be revised by them, which is why we confirm the current figure before filing. Additional work that you request later is quoted separately before it starts.
Do I pay Atiko for money moved through my accounts?
No. Atiko never holds client funds and takes no share of your sales or transactions. Your bank and payment provider charge their own fees, which you pay to them directly under their terms.
