Billing Terms

These terms apply to fees charged by ATIKO APP LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (Entity ID 0008130756), 15 Tanguay Ave, 112 #2d, Nashua, New Hampshire 03063, United States.

Fees

• Setup fee: a one-time fee for filing assistance: company formation, EIN and help with your account applications.
• Management fee: a recurring fee for administrative assistance and renewals. Fees of independent accountants or attorneys are separate unless the quote says so.

The exact amounts, currency and billing period are stated in the written quote you accept before any payment. Government fees, registered-agent fees, taxes and fees charged by banks or payment providers are not included unless the quote says so.

Payment

The setup fee is due before work begins. Management fees are billed in advance for each period. Invoices are payable on receipt.

Refunds

The setup fee pays for work performed and is not refundable once work has started, including where a third-party institution declines an application. If we are unable to start work on your file, we refund the setup fee in full. Third-party and government fees already paid cannot be refunded.

Cancellation

You may cancel the management service with 30 days' written notice to info@atikoapp.co. Fees for the current period are not refunded. After cancellation, you are responsible for your own renewals, filings and taxes.

Late payment

If an invoice remains unpaid 15 days after its date, we may pause the service until it is paid. Missed renewals or filings during a pause are your responsibility.

Price changes

We will give at least 30 days' written notice before changing a recurring fee.
