What an alert does
When a cardholder disputes a payment, an alert reaches you before it becomes a chargeback, so you can refund and keep the dispute off your record.
Why it matters
Card networks and processors watch your dispute ratio. Alerts are one of the few tools that lower it directly.

Access through our business agreements with alert providers, at rates well below the per-alert pricing of store apps.

Clients only
Privileges are available to Atiko clients and are activated from the client area.
Negotiated once
We contract with providers at business volume, and pass the rate on.
Your choice
Every privilege is optional. You can keep the tools you already use.
Partner services are provided by independent companies under their own terms. Availability and rates depend on the provider and on your store, and are confirmed in writing before activation. Atiko may receive a commission from a provider; where it does, this is disclosed to you.
